RELACS, is a regrouping of inter-associative structures founded on the conviction that solidarity is not an abstracted concept, but it requires places to be expressed in. It is a question of affirming the existence of an associative movement, politically, economically culturally strong ; carrier of alternatives and credible proposals. The project RELACS is thus located in a larger  historical prospect point of view since it refers, in particular, to the creation of the Labour markets at the end of the XIXe century and to the role that they have played in the birth and the structuring of the labor-union movement after the repression of the Commune of Paris. The constitution of the network RELACS answers the will to reinforce the social and cultural movement by the setting places in bond which are used as a support for its word. Our step is then to up hold the consolidation of the existing places and the creation of new structures by mutualising the experiments, competences and the services.
